Simón Sepúlveda

Runs the Experimentation classes

Graphic designer and artist based in Madrid, he combines both disciplines.
Designer and Master in Territory and Landscape training. With previous experience in design studios, he has worked at Apple (San Francisco), Sagmeister & Walsh (New York) and Estudio Javier Jaén (Barcelona).
He has exhibited his work in New York, Berlin, Santiago and Barcelona. Both in solo and group shows.

“Graphic design has to allow itself spaces for exploration and experimentation without having to obey the designer-client relationship, this allows you to validate your own processes and times instead of seeking approval from the rest.
The role of the university is very important because it is an instance that shapes and where we must enhance creative capabilities instead of accommodating to an economic system.”
